Demo Ride Release Form

The undersigned (on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns), for and in consideration of the opportunity to engage today in a free demonstration ride of V1 MOTO motorcycle(s) and for other valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledge, releases and forever discharges, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and authorized dealers ("released parties") from any and all claims, demands, rights and causes of action of any kind whatsoever, known or unknown, which 1 now have or later may have in any way resulting from, or arising out of, my demonstration ride on a Northwest Honda.

This Release extends to any and all claims I have or may have against the released parties, even if such claims result from strict liability or negligence on the part of any or all of the released parties, concerning the design, manufacture, repair or maintenance of the motorcycles) which I will be demonstration riding, or concerning the conditions, qualifications, instructions, rules or procedures under which the demonstration ride is conducted, or from any other cause. However, I do not release any released party from any intentional misconduct on its part.

I hereby state I am experienced in and familiar with the operation of various motorcycles and fully understand the risks and dangers inherent in motorcycling. I am voluntarily participating in the demonstration ride and I expressly agree to assume the entire risk of any accidents or personal injury, including death, which I might suffer as a result of my participation in the demonstration ride. I participate in the ride knowing the existing weather conditions, road conditions and other similar conditions and factors associated with this demonstration ride.
