Proper feet placement around a track is muy importante.

V1 MOTO is known for their trackday expertise, and we enjoy sharing our knowledge with you. Our own CMRA Superbike Champion Carlos Lescale jumps on a Superleggera V4 at COTA to demonstrate proper feet placement. As a bonus, you’ll see proper shifting points, and when and where to use of the rear brake. Every turn shows you the proper right and left foot movement — from the ball of your feet to the arch and heel.
