There are milestone anniversaries, and then there’s this.

Ducati just turned 100, and rather than slap a commemorative badge on something and call it a day, they’ve done what only Ducati could: built an entire collection of limited-edition motorcycles that reads like a love letter to their own history. The Collezione 100 is 10 models, 10 unique liveries, 100 units of each – a thousand bikes total to mark a century of Italian obsession with going fast and looking good doing it.

What makes it a collection, not just a special edition?

Every example in the Collezione 100 features special equipment, a historically inspired livery, an Alcantara or leather saddle embroidered with the Ducati 100 logo, and Centenary Bronze accents throughout. But Ducati went well beyond cosmetics here. The bikes are loaded with carbon-fiber components, titanium Akrapovič exhausts, billet aluminum hardware, and track-focused extras like open clutch covers.

Each of the 1,000 units arrives with a certificate of authenticity, a dedicated rear stand, a motorcycle cover, and signed art prints. The art isn’t an afterthought — Ducati collaborated with celebrated Italian artist Ugo Nespolo, who created a signed print for every single bike in the collection, each one carrying the same serial number as its paired motorcycle. The V4 models are delivered in custom wooden crates, because a machine this significant deserves to arrive like one.

The collection spans one model from each of Ducati’s on-road product families — Panigale, Streetfighter, Monster, Diavel, XDiavel, Multistrada, Scrambler, Hypermotard, and DesertX – with each wearing a livery drawn from a specific historic Ducati. Here’s every pairing:

Why this matters beyond the spec sheet

Ducati started as a radio components manufacturer – engines didn’t come until the 1950s. Many of the brand’s most formative chapters were written through the ’60s and ’70s, which is exactly why so much of the Collezione 100 looks back to that era. The color palettes, the racing numbers, the raw mechanical character of those decades – it all lives on in these bikes.

The reveal itself happened at the Mugello Circuit ahead of the Italian MotoGP weekend – about as fitting a backdrop as exists in motorcycle racing. Ducati transformed the Mugello paddock into a gallery, MotoGP riders were on hand, and the whole event felt more like a cultural moment than a product launch.

What we know about availability

Ducati hasn’t announced pricing or release dates yet. Given that each model is capped at 100 units globally, don’t expect these to sit around. Interested buyers can register on Ducati’s official website, but the smart move is to talk to your dealer now – before allocation is gone.
